I wanted to take a moment to recognize Fabian in the service department for going above and beyond to help me with a situation that, frankly, wasn’t even his responsibility to resolve. I own a Nissan that I purchased from a dealership formerly affiliated with the same auto group that previously owned Mazda of Valencia. I have been dealing with a very complicated extended-warranty issue involving changes in dealership ownership and conflicting information from the warranty administrator. I called Mazda of Valencia looking for some clarification. Even though I am not currently a customer of their service department and the dealership is no longer affiliated with the company that sold me the warranty, Fabian took the time to listen to the entire situation and offered to see what he could find out. What impressed me most is that he actually followed through. He contacted the warranty company on my behalf, involved a colleague at the neighboring Kia dealership to help clarify the ownership situation, and then called me back with an answer that finally gave me a clear path forward after months of frustration. He had absolutely nothing to gain from spending that time helping me, yet h

**Sneaky added stuff that we declined ** I recently purchased a car from Mazda in Valencia, CA. Overall, I really liked the service and felt welcomed throughout most of the process. The staff was friendly, and despite the process being both easy and lengthy, I appreciated their effort. However, my experience at the end of the purchase was very disappointing. We spent about three hours at the dealership and by the time we reached the paperwork stage, we were ready to finish everything and head home. We specifically declined the additional products and services that were offered to us. However, while going through the final paperwork the day after, I realized that additional charges had been included that we did not agree to. We signed a large number of documents, and while some of them were explained to us, not everything was clearly explainedβ€”especially the items that resulted in additional charges. Unfortunately, because we had already signed the documents, we understood that it would be very difficult to dispute that charge. I am sharing this experience as a reminder to other customers: please pay very close attention to every number, fee, and line item in your paperwork bef

Overall, I had quite a memorable experience at this dealership. Not only did they accommodate my 2-hour, $150 Uber ride there, but they also graciously gave me their time and effort over the course of 10 hours on top of a great deal. Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I’d especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM–12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever had the ple

Mazda Valencia is an outstanding dealership and our experience proved exactly that. This was our first car purchase and it all started with a spontaneous stop at Mazda Valencia. We weren’t even planning to buy that day but the experience stuck with us. The next day we checked out Mazda Bakersfield since we live in the area, but after that visit we immediately knew we had to make the drive back to Valencia and make a deal with the right people. And honestly, the cars speak for themselves. We are incredibly happy with our purchase. Shoutout to Byron! He is the definition of what a great sales consultant should be. As first-time buyers his knowledge and patience meant everything. Exceptionally informative, genuinely helpful, and zero pressure. Chris the sales manager was personable and made the whole process smooth and easy, and Mike in finance was efficient and thorough, making the paperwork the least stressful part of the whole experience. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, especially if it’s your first time buying, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Valencia. Ask for Byron. You won’t regret it. Five stars!
